Hotel Rules and Regulations

We would like to thank you for observing these Hotel Regulations, which serve to ensure the comfort and safety of the stay of all Hotel Guests.
§1
- A room in the hotel is rented for a day.
- A hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. In exceptional situations, the hotel reserves the right to change the hours of a hotel day, after informing guests in advance.
- Please notify us of your wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day on which the room rental period expires.
- The hotel will accommodate requests to extend the stay as far as possible, and to shorten the stay - in accordance with the terms of the reservation.
- The hotel accepts the following payment methods: cash, Visa and Mastercard, BLIK, bank transfers and payment links supported by Imoje.
- The hotel accepts reservations by: in person at the hotel, by email, by phone, through www.hotelbatory.pl and external web portals.
- At the time of confirming the reservation, the hotel informs the guest about the terms of cancellation of the offer. Non-refundable offers are not subject to cancellation.
§2
- The hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid the due fee has not expired.
- Persons not checked into the hotel may stay in the room from 7:00-22:00 only after informing the reception in advance. Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, all persons staying at the hotel must be checked in.

- The hotel does not accept pets.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, except in designated areas.
- In public areas of the hotel it is prohibited to consume foodstuffs and alcohol not purchased at the hotel.

- The hotel provides services in accordance with the assigned category and the accepted standard of service. In case of any objections to the quality of services provided, please report them at the reception desk, which will enable the hotel to respond promptly.
- The hotel is obliged to ensure: a. security of the stay, including the security of personal data and confidentiality of Guest information, b. professional and courteous service in terms of the services provided.
§6
- Cleaning of the room and performance of necessary repairs is carried out in the absence of the Guest or during his presence, if he expresses such a wish or consent.
- Items left in the rooms by departing Guests, with their consent, will be sent (at the recipient's expense) to the address indicated. In the absence of such an instruction, the hotel will donate the items left for social or public purposes or dispose of them.
§7
- The hotel is liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services under the terms of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code - Articles 846-849.
- The hotel's liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not placed in safekeeping at the reception desk. The safekeeping service is provided free of charge.
- The hotel has the right to refuse to accept for safekeeping the items specified in §7 subsection 2, if they threaten the safety of Guests and hotel employees, are of a that makes it impossible to store them safely, or are of excessive value.
- Storage of dangerous cargo, weapons and ammunition is prohibited in the room.
- The hotel parking lot is unguarded and made available to Guests free of charge.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft of the car or other vehicle and things left in them.
§8
- The hotel guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the equipment in the room and keep it intact.
- The Guest should notify the hotel reception of the occurrence of damage immediately upon discovery.
- Each time leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to properly secure the room, so that access to it by third parties is not possible. During the Guest's absence from the room, doors and windows should remain closed.
- Moving room equipment is not allowed.
- The Guest of the hotel bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and technical devices of the hotel caused by him or his visitors.
§9
- In the hotel it is obligatory to maintain silence from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- The behavior of Guests and people using the services of the hotel must not disturb the peace of the stay and the safety of other Guests.
- Abusive or aggressive behavior towards hotel employees will not be tolerated.
- The hotel may refuse to accommodate a person who has grossly violated the hotel rules and regulations, in particular: causing damage to hotel property or Guests, causing damage to the person of a Guest, hotel employee or other persons staying at the hotel, or otherwise disrupting the normal course of hotel operations.
- The hotel will refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates the rules set forth in §9 without the right to a refund.
§10
- In the event of spotting a fire, if possible, notify the hotel staff of the danger and head for the exit according to the instructions indicating the direction of evacuation. Responsibility for evacuation of the building, until the arrival of the fire department, is the responsibility of the hotel staff.
- For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute hotel room equipment in the rooms. Exceptions are power supplies for electronics, telephones and laptops.
- In case of triggering a false fire alarm through unjustified use of the manual call button (ROP) or smoke in the room, the Guest will be charged a contractual penalty of 1000 PLN. The penalty is automatically added to the hotel bill.
§11
- By checking in to the hotel, Guests confirm that they have read and agree to abide by the Hotel Regulations.
